How Quintessentially British

There is something about the British countryside. Is it all the rain and the occasional sunshine, that gives it that vibrant green colour? It can be wild, rugged, soft, inviting, threatening or even ominous. Every county seems to have a mixture of scenery that I never tire of.

“We woke the next morning to a rather brilliant blue sky and emerald green rolling hills. How quintessentially British.
I love this countryside, it is perfect in every way. England somehow manages to fit into its “island” space, the most magnificent array of countryside, whether it is green rolling hills dotted with black and white cows, rugged crops of mountains with stone facing sides or lavender filled moors. I never tire of seeing such beauty”.

Big Love. Jane x
